No Sweets November

Anyone who knows me well knows that I LOVE sweets. If I could eat triple chocolate cake everyday, I would. unfortunately, it isn't the healthiest snack nor does it have the greatest effect on your "summer body". I recently brought up the idea to my mum of doing a "No Sweets November challenge" thankfully she was on board to accompany me. Of course November is the month of Thanksgiving and I will be partaking in eating like a pig, that'll be our cheat day...or week, then back to business. Who knows by the time thanksgiving comes around, I may not even have a taste for sugary treats but..I could be lying to myself. Nonetheless, I'll be checking in throughout the month.

Update
We're approaching our 2nd week of November and I've already cheated on my No sweets November "challenge" multiple times. Ahaha, I'm not going to even lie and say I've been going strong. I've told myself that starting Monday I'm starting over. We'll see how that goes. I was even asked to add the Ab challenge into this months challenge.! Im scared to make that commitment because I'm lazy..and I'm already gonna' be a grinch from having a sugar withdrawal and to add Abs to the equation, lawd have mercy on me and everyone surrounded by me lol howeverrr I did recently see Teyana Taylor's Abs in her  'Maybe' video and they were on point! I'll get it together..eventually.

Update # 2
Girllll lemme tell you this No sweets challenge this month has been exactly that..a challenge. Every other week I'm "starting over". I done messed around and bought pumpkin spice cupcakes a couple days ago, those are GONE. Now I have candy galore, that I'm definitely not about to let go to waste. Ya girl has already tore open twizzlers and already half way through. If they're made with less sugar that means they're kinda not so bad..right?

Final update
I'm ashamed to say.. I failed at "No sweets November " the sweets were calling meee, it was nearly impossible to resist the cake during thanksgiving and the banana pudding..I made the best banana pudding that I've probably ever made.! I think I might make cutting down on my sweets a New Years resolution instead of  setting myself up for failure trying again in December.
